We collect: (1) information you enter in our contact, free-consultation, or materials-request forms — name, company, email, and message; (2) the content you enter or answer in the AI chat (AI front desk) and AI diagnosis (including voice, if you use voice input); (3) access and usage information recorded automatically when you use the site (including cookies).

3. Purpose of use

To respond to inquiries; to generate responses and deliver results for the AI chat and AI diagnosis; to provide service information and materials; and to analyze usage in order to improve quality and our services.

4. AI processing & external services

The AI chat and AI diagnosis generate responses using AI. To generate those responses, your input is sent to external AI providers (Anthropic, PBC (USA), OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA), and similar), and conversation/diagnosis records are stored using Notion Labs, Inc. (USA). This involves cross-border transfer of personal data outside Japan (to the USA). We entrust such processing under appropriate safeguards. Details about this cross-border transfer are available from our contact point on request. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information or third-party confidential information.

5. Third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law. We entrust processing to the service providers above under appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes above. As a guideline, inquiry, AI chat, and AI diagnosis records are kept for up to 12 months after your last contact, after which they are appropriately deleted or anonymized — except where an ongoing contract or applicable law requires a longer retention period.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures — encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and protection against unauthorized access — to prevent loss, leakage, or damage.

8. Cookies & analytics

Our site uses only functional cookies and local storage necessary to provide the service (e.g., the login session for the internal admin screen and temporary saving of your AI-diagnosis inputs). We currently do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies such as Google Analytics. If we introduce them in the future, we will revise this policy and post it on this page. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may then be unavailable.

9. Disclosure, correction, deletion

We respond to requests for disclosure, correction, suspension, or deletion of personal information in accordance with the law. Please contact us below.

By submitting a form, or by using the AI chat or AI diagnosis, you are deemed to have agreed to this policy.
