Prices
AI diagnosis: ¥35,000 (¥38,500 incl. tax, one-time). Monthly operations (RUN): three plans at ¥110,000 / ¥275,000 / ¥550,000 incl. tax. Initial build (BUILD): individual quote (incl.-tax guideline ~¥1.045M–¥3.63M / ex-tax ¥950K–¥3.3M; varies by scope). All displayed prices include 10% consumption tax.
Additional fees
Bank transfer fees, card/payment processing fees (where applicable), and internet/communication costs are borne by the customer. Late-payment interest of 14.6% per annum applies past the due date.
Payment methods
Bank transfer (prepaid) only. Credit-card payment is currently in preparation (launch date undecided; we will announce it here).
Payment timing
AI diagnosis: prepaid at order. Initial build (BUILD): we issue an invoice within 14 days of contract; prepay by the date stated on the invoice. Monthly operations (RUN): billed at the start of each month; prepay by the invoice due date.
Timing of service provision
AI diagnosis: begins online, typically within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Build / operations: begins per a separately agreed schedule after the contract.
Subscription (recurring billing)
[Important] The monthly operations (RUN) plans are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically every month. Unless you cancel, the contract renews automatically and billing continues. There is no maximum term or total cap — you are billed monthly until cancellation. · Amount per charge: ¥110,000 / ¥275,000 / ¥550,000 incl. tax · Billing cycle: every one month · Term / minimum period: 1 month (no minimum term) · Renewal date: the monthly anniversary of your start date; the next renewal date is stated on each invoice. · Cancellation / deadline: contact hello@ampus.ai or our inquiry form at least 7 days before the next renewal date. · Mid-term cancellation: ends at the close of the current cycle; the current month's service is still provided. No refund of the current month already paid; no charges from the following month.
Returns / cancellation (withdrawal & termination)
These are digital services; the Act's cooling-off does not apply. Refund and cancellation terms are set by us as follows. As a rule, no refund is provided once service has begun. · AI diagnosis: full refund before the report is delivered; no refund afterward (service complete). · Initial build (BUILD): cancellable before work starts. After work starts, we settle by the work completed against the process/effort shown at contract (we bill the portion performed and do not bill unstarted work; the settlement amount is presented in writing based on actual work). However, in the event of non-performance or non-conformity attributable to us, we will respond in accordance with the law regardless of the above.
