Building a new AI use-case is a scoped project, quoted per case (and subsidy-eligible). The monthly fee keeps your deployed AI running, improving, and supported. So it never becomes open-ended outsourcing.
How pricing works
“Build” and “run” are different costs.
AI adoption has two kinds of cost. Keeping them separate is what lets us hold both a fair price and real quality.

Payment starts with bank transfer.

Inside BUILD
“Building” comes in two lines.
“Building an AI” is really two different things — with different prices and different processes. Which one your case falls into is made explicit right after the diagnosis.
Template deployment
Pre-built templates + prompt tuning + standard-tool wiring. Fastest path to results.
- E.g. document drafting, email triage, meeting-note structuring
- Typical timeline: 2–3 weeks
- AI leads the build; runs inside your own account (your cloud environment)
- May be eligible for the Digitalization / AI Adoption subsidy (rate and allocation vary by eligibility)
Custom integration
Custom API integration, workflow redesign, multi-system orchestration.
- E.g. in-house CRM integration, an agent spanning 3 systems
- Typical timeline: 6–12 weeks
- Overall system design handled by a specialist (engineer)
- Larger build costs may also be subsidy-eligible (applicable bracket and requirements assessed individually)
How we count “1 use-case”
The “use-cases in operation” count in each plan (~1 / ~2 / ~3) is measured in this unit.
E.g. “monthly report drafting” = fires at month-end → generates a draft → Claude + Sheets. That's one use-case.
Tuning an existing use-case is covered by the monthly fee. A new use-case is a new BUILD, quoted individually (may be subsidy-eligible). Requests beyond your contracted scope are re-quoted as a change request (CR).
About subsidies
During the diagnosis, we use AI to map the government support your firm may qualify for — turning AI adoption from a “cost” into a “government-subsidized investment”.
※ We provide eligibility screening and application-oriented information only; we do not guarantee selection (IT adoption support provider registration in progress). Subsidies may change, close, or be rejected depending on budget, public-call status and review. Rates, caps and requirements change with policy revisions. Check each subsidy's official site for the latest details.
